Do you handle every service in-house?
Yes. Collision repair, custom paint, classic restoration, foreign vehicle repair, and fleet work are all performed in our Elko New Market shop. We do not subcontract or outsource any portion of the work.
Which insurance companies do you work with?
We work with all major insurance carriers including State Farm, Allstate, Progressive, Geico, American Family, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, USAA, Farmers, and every other commonly used insurer in Minnesota. We negotiate directly with your adjuster on your behalf.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. Every estimate is free and no-pressure. Call 952.461.5070 to set up your appointment. Estimates typically take 20 to 30 minutes depending on the extent of damage.
How is classic restoration priced compared to collision repair?
Collision repair is typically handled through insurance and priced based on the agreed scope of work. Classic restoration is project-based, paid in thirds across the timeline of the work. Restoration estimates are tailored to the specific vehicle and the scope of the project.
What makes your paint work different from a chain shop?
We sand every clear coat ourselves for a factory mirror finish. Most high-production shops skip this step to push more cars through the door. We also use the AkzoNobel™ paint system and color match camera technology to ensure the color is matched exactly to your factory finish.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. We back every repair with our Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee. For as long as you own the vehicle, our workmanship is guaranteed against defects. Parts are covered by their original manufacturer warranties.
